- Press and hold the “reset” button on the back of the StockRocket. This will open the menu.
- Once the menu is open, tap the reset button to change the selector to option 2.
- Press and hold the reset button to clear and reset your device’s WiFi.
- Power the device off using the power switch, and turn it back on.

- Navigate to your profile at app.stockrocket.us.
- On the right hand side, click the red “Remove” button.
- Navigate to your profile at app.stockrocket.us.
- Find the device you would like to remove, and click on “Advanced Settings”.
- Click “Unlink Device”.
- Navigate to your profile at app.stockrocket.us.
- Find the device you would like to remove, and click on “Advanced Settings”.
- Enter your device name in the box “Device nickname”.
- Click “Done Editing Settings”.
- Navigate to your profile at app.stockrocket.us.
- Find the device you would like to remove, and click on “Advanced Settings”.
- Click on the dropdown menu for “Delta Calculations”.
- Select the option best suited for you.
- Click “Done Editing Settings”.
- Press and hold the “Reset” Button on your device until the menu appears.
- Tap the “Reset” button one more time to pull up option 2, “Reset WiFi”.
- Press and hold the “Reset” Button while option 2, “Reset WiFi” is selected.
- The Device’s WiFi will clear, and a new device link code will appear.
- You can use this code to re-connect the device to your account or connect it to another.
- Press and hold the "Reset" button on the back of the device
- Cycle through the menu to "Option 3, Factory Reset"
- Press and hold the "Reset" button to confirm
