  1. Press and hold the “reset” button on the back of the StockRocket. This will open the menu.
  2. Once the menu is open, tap the reset button to change the selector to option 2.
  3. Press and hold the reset button to clear and reset your device’s WiFi.
  4. Power the device off using the power switch, and turn it back on.
  1. Navigate to your profile at app.stockrocket.us.
  2. On the right hand side, click the red “Remove” button.

  2. Find the device you would like to remove, and click on “Advanced Settings”.
  3. Click “Unlink Device”.

  3. Enter your device name in the box “Device nickname”.
  4. Click “Done Editing Settings”.

  3. Click on the dropdown menu for “Delta Calculations”.
  4. Select the option best suited for you.
  5. Click “Done Editing Settings”.
  1. Press and hold the “Reset” Button on your device until the menu appears.
  2. Tap the “Reset” button one more time to pull up option 2, “Reset WiFi”.
  3. Press and hold the “Reset” Button while option 2, “Reset WiFi” is selected.
  4. The Device’s WiFi will clear, and a new device link code will appear.
  5. You can use this code to re-connect the device to your account or connect it to another.

  2. Cycle through the menu to "Option 3, Factory Reset"
  3. Press and hold the "Reset" button to confirm
